REVIEWS & RECOMMENDATIONS

Dotcoms For Moms is not being paid or compensated to reviews websites or products. We do not receive any type of compensation whether it be cash or free products or trips to St. Barths. We choose websites and products that we feel are "the best of the web" from our perspective and the "mom" perspective. If you don't agree with us, then we are sorry that our perspective does not match yours. We can not guarantee that a site or product will be available once you read the review. It's not in control to make sure site or products stay current. We are reviewing hot properties, so things move fast when once they are considered "hot." 

COMPENSATION

Dotcoms For Moms is only compensated through advertising and affiliate links on our site. We do offer for sponsorships for our newsletters and video in the same vein that we are compensated for advertising on the site. Our goal is to accept advertising and sponsorships that compliment our "mom perspective", so you won't see any Pep Boys ads on our site!

CONTESTS

From time to time, we will offer giveaways and encourage people to enter contests that are fun for moms, but you don't have to be a mom to enter. We'll have prizes and giveaways that are geared towards moms, so if you are not a mom and you win breast-feeding gear, we are truly sorry you can't use it. Please pass it along to someone who can.

We do receive some of our products from businesses in the good faith that we'll like them and review their site or product on Dotcoms for Moms. In the event that we do, we may ask you to visit their site or "like" both of us on Facebook. It's not that hard to click and like us. We believe in good online Karma, so give it try, it may make you smile when we like you back or tweet with you!

Other legal stuff we have to tell you: You can only enter once per contest (be fair). If you enter more than once we'll disqualify you and your 40 aliases. You must be a legal resident of the US or Canada unless otherwise specified. Contests end midnight PST the night of the review, unless otherwise indicated, and we'll draw a winner within the week. Void where prohibited, wherever that might be. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Also, and this is the lawyers speaking, we have to give you an offline way to enter. So if you want to fax an entry in, email info[at]coolmompicks.com and we'll give you a fax number.

We'll do our best to mail your prizes on a timely basis, but we are moms with busy schedules just like yourself, so if we are a few days late, we know you'll understand. While we are trying to nice and send you prizes for free, we hope you can be nice too and send us correct shipping information and be patience with our lovely US mail system.

SUBMISSIONS BY BUSINESSES

We cannot guarantee your items will be featured just because you sent them to us. We also can't guarantee we will love them and recommend them to our mom audience. We will never post a negative review, but can make no promises that your product or site will make it past our moms.

We never send samples back to you. Don't expect that we'll review your cute market totes and send them back to you the way we received them. Our founder has twin boys and she manages all our product reviews. Get it?

We use photos from the websites we review to assist in providing information for our readers. These photos are the property of the website owners. All other content is the property of Dotcoms for Moms. Do not use it unless you are attributing it to us.
