The Slider Revolution

When the popular fast food chain, White Castle, invented the slider way back in the 1920's no one could have imagined what a phenomena this small 2.5” burger would become. The slider is now a popular mainstay in American cuisine and has grown a to be a lot more than just ground beef and cheese. This kid-friendly mini-sandwich can be seen in everything from fish and pulled pork to vegetarian black bean and portobello. It’s a burger any way you want it, just mini!
